Information used

We use your name, email address, membership and billing references, card-delivery choice, appointment history and membership activity to operate the service.

Payments and delivery

Stripe processes payment details. We do not store card numbers. For UK post, a delivery-address snapshot is retained only for card fulfilment and is purged after dispatch or cancellation under the operational retention policy.

Account security

Sign in with your verified email address using a password or time-limited email code. Membership purchases are linked to your existing verified account; payment does not replace email verification. Billing and audit records are restricted to authorised operational systems and staff.

Your choices

Contact the membership team to ask about access, correction, retention or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and audit requirements.

Contact messages

Contact Us messages and the team’s replies are stored with your account name, email address and message times to handle your enquiry. Authorised managers can read and respond, with notifications sent to Tom and Fin and replies emailed through Resend.
